Finding a place near campus is hard, expensive, and full of scams. Mainstream rental sites only list whole units, so students are left piecing together group chats and classifieds to rent a single room or bed.
FellowFlats fixes the unit of inventory. A landlord lists a property, splits it into rooms, and splits each room into individual beds. Students search near their school, see real availability bed by bed, message landlords directly, and match with compatible roommates.

We model the bed, not the unit, so students see exactly how many spots are open in a shared room.
